White Bean Chili with Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt (opt)
• ½ teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
• 1 cup(s) chicken stock
• 1 ½ pound(s) chicken, chopped
• 45 ounce(s) white beans, drained, rinsed (3 cans)

  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, chopped
  • 15 ounce(s) whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder (adjust amount as desired)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ground cumin
