White Cucumber Gazpacho

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) plain yogurt
• 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh squeezed
• 1 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt, or to taste
• ½ teaspoon(s) white pepper, or to taste
• 3 tablespoon(s) sweet onion, chopped
• 1 ½ pound(s) cucumbers, (3 medium sized) peeled and chopped
