  • About 2 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce
  • About 4 ½ dozen uncooked fresh or frozen turkey-shrimp won ton
  • 2 ½ to 3 quarts fat-skimmed chicken broth
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 package (1 lb.) fresh thin Chinese noodles (see notes)
  • Ground white pepper
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

    • About 1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
