  • Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 large tomato
  • ¾ pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 jalapeño chiles
  • 6 garlic cloves

    • 5 cups low-salt chicken broth
    • 1 medium white onion
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
