  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cups low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 large tomato
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • 1 medium white onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¾ cup orzo

    • 6 garlic cloves
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
    • 2 jalapeño chiles
    • ¾ pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
