Yucatan-Style Chicken, Lime, and Orzo Soup

  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 jalapeño chiles
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 5 cups low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium white onion
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
