  • ¾ pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • ¾ cup orzo
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 5 cups low-salt chicken broth
    • 2 jalapeño chiles
    • 1 large tomato
    • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
