Ingredients

  • 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • salt to taste
    • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
    • 1 ½ cups uncooked white rice
    • 1 cup beer
    • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
    • ½ red bell pepper, roasted and sliced

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken until lightly browned; remove from skillet and set aside. 2.
