Balsamic Soy-Glazed Chicken Wings

- 4 pounds chicken wingettes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
