Cajun Roasted Pork Loin
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 carrot, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 stalk celery, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup chicken broth
