Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup water chestnuts
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup unsalted roasted cashews
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
    • 2 tablespoons clear rice vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon sugar
    • 1 cup canned button mushrooms
    • 10 inner leaves iceberg lettuce
