Ingredients

  • 4 cup(s) cooked chicken or turkey, seasoned to taste and cut into small bite sized pieces
  • 12 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • salt, season to taste
  • 13 ounce(s) pineapple chunks, drained and halved
  • 1 ½ cup(s) slivered almonds, extra for garnish if desired
  • 1 ½ cup(s) celery, chopped fine

    • 1 pound(s) seedless grapes, halved
    • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
    • 8 ounce(s) sliced water chestnuts
    • ½ cup(s) sour cream
    • DRESSING:
