Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted cashews
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 (6-inch) pitas, each cut into 6 wedges
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons chopped cashews, roasted
    • 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
    • 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
    • 2 ½ teaspoons ground coriander seeds
    • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded
    • 2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
    • 6 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thirds
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
