Chicken Supreme


  • 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ c milk
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 c fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 c chicken stock
  • 2 oz brandy
  • ¼ t cardamom
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 T red burgundy chopped roasted peanuts
    • ¼ t chervil
    • 1 t salt
    • ¼ t pepper
    • 1 egg

Mix together bread crumbs, cardamom, chervil, salt and pepper. Beat egg with milk. Cut chicken breasts in half and dip each piece in milk mixture and then in bread crumbs.
