Chicken with Lemon, Oregano, and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 ½ ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about 1/3 cup)
• 1 chicken (3 to 3 1/2 pounds), quartered
• 1 tablespoon butter, cut into 4 pieces
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¹/₈ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
