Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable or sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 cup(s) chicken, cooked and cut up
  • ¼ cup(s) dry roasted peanuts, optional
  • 4 green onions, sliced (medium)

    • 1 package(s) coleslaw mix (16 ounce bag)
    • 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
    • 1 package(s) ramen noodles, oriental flavor (3 ounce pkg)
    • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame seed
    • 1 can(s) mandarins, drained (11 ounce can)

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in ramen seasoning packet. Break noodles in bite size pieces into skillet. Stir in butter mixture. Cook noodles 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
