Creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup diced celery
