Five-Spice Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 4 teaspoons fish sauce
- ¼ cup tamari
- 1 (5- to 6-pound) chicken, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 ½ teaspoons five-spice powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- ¼ cup peanut oil
