  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons fish sauce
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 1 (5- to 6-pound) chicken, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 ½ teaspoons five-spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
