Garlic-Rosemary Roast Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 roasting chicken (6-7 pounds)
- 8 cloves garlic
- rosemary sprigs
- Olive or vegetable oil cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- Kitchen twine
