Glazed Chicken with Porcini and Crisp Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • plus 3 whole sprigs
  • ½ cup chicken stock or low-sodium chicken brot
  • 2 cups dried porcini mushrooms
  • 1 cup shallots
  • 1 ½ teaspoons thyme
