Herb Roasted Chicken 4

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken (4 lb )
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 tablespoon(s) garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon(s) thyme leaves, chopped
• ½ tablespoon(s) sage leaves, chopped
• 2 tablespoon(s) parsley leaves, chopped (reserve stems)
• ½ cup(s) olive oil
