Herbed Roasted Chicken

  • 1/3 cup Italian-flavored oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
