Herbed Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 (3.75-pound) whole chicken
• 2 onions, cut into wedges
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
• ¹/₃ cup Italian-flavored oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
