Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • and freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt

1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. 2. Combine the lemon zest and juice, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the drumsticks and toss to coat.
