Ingredients

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 ½ cups chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 cup homemade or low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    • 2 slices bacon, chopped
    • 1 Tbs. finely chopped garlic
    • 3 cups (about 13 oz.) frozen lima beans, thawed

Heat the oven to 400°F. Cut off the top third of the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Coat the cut side with the olive oil.
