  • 6 loquats - sliced, or other fruit of choice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) green onions, chopped fine

  • ½ cup(s) roasted almond slices
  • 1 cup(s) celery, chopped
  • SALAD

    • 1 ½ cup(s) fresh pea pods, cooked if desired
    • 3 cup(s) cooked chicken, cubed or small chunks
    • 11 ounce(s) mandarin oranges - drained
    • ½ cup(s) golden raisins
    • 20 ounce(s) pineapple chunks - drained, reserve liquid
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground ginger
    • 6 ounce(s) vanilla yogurt
    • 1/3 cup(s) pineapple juice
    • DRESSING
