  • 4 chicken breasts (bones left in, with skin-about 3 pounds)
  • 8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • pound trimmed green beans
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
