Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (3 to 4 lb total)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
