Roast Chicken with Herb-and-Garlic Pan Drippings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 heads garlic
- 6 tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 3 1/2-pound chickens
- 20 sprigs thyme
- 14 sprigs rosemary
