Roast Chicken with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 3/4-pound chicken
  • 3 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 basil sprigs
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
