Roast Chicken with Wild Rice Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup long-grain and wild rice blend
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1/3 cup chopped dried figs

Preheat oven to 375°. Heat a nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion to pan; sauté 4 minutes. Add rice and garlic to pan; sauté 1 minute.
