Roast Chicken with Wild Rice Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped dried figs
  • ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup long-grain and wild rice blend
  • 1 ½ cups water
