Roasted Garbanzo Beans and Garlic with Swiss Chard
Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 2 bunches Swiss chard
- 2 cups low-salt chicken broth
- 2 15.5-ounce cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 large shallots
- 3 small bay leaves, preferably fresh

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour oil over; cover dish with foil. Roast until garlic is tender, about 45 minutes.
