Roasted Pepper Chicken Rolls
Ingredients

- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1 cup herb-seaoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon hot jalapeno mustard

- 4 broiler-fryer chicken boneless, skinless breast halves
