Roasted Pepper Chicken Rolls


  • parsley
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup herb-seaoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon hot jalapeno mustard

    • 4 broiler-fryer chicken boneless, skinless breast halves
