Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups white wine
  • 1 3 1/2-to-4-pound roasting chicken
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 onion
  • 3 apples, cored and cut
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
