Skillet-Roasted Chicken with Farro and Herb Pistou

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Whisk 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon chives, and next 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide marinade between 2 (gallon-size) resealable plastic freezer bags.
