Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken

Ingredients

• SEASONING MIX:
• 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
• 1 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
• 1 tablespoon(s) salt
• 2 teaspoon(s) paprika
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) onion powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) onion - chopped
  • 1 cup(s) red pepper - chopped
  • 4 pound(s) roasting chicken
  • ¼ cup(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) chicken stock
