Slow Cookers Cajun Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) McCormick® Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
  • 2 pound(s) chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 1 ½ cup(s) instant rice
  • ½ pound(s) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Red Pepper, Ground
  • 1 cup(s) sliced celery
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) (14 ½ ounces) diced tomatoes
    • 2 yellow onions, coarsely chopped
    • 2 bell peppers, coarsely chopped
    • 1 pound(s) lean turkey sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
