Sweet and Spicy Chicken Drumsticks
- ¼ cup mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup rice flour
- 12 large chicken drumsticks
- ½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
