  • ½ cup Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 12 large chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup red currant jelly
  • Sriracha, mirin, and rice flour can be found at many supermarkets and at Asian markets.
  • ¼ cup mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Kosher salt
    • ½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
