Ingredients

  • 2 (4.5-ounce) cans diced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained

    • 1 ½ cups chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
    • 6 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
    • 2 (4.5-ounce) cans diced green chiles, undrained
    • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
    • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    • Cooking spray
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 ½ cups chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
