Teriyaki Roast Chicken


  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 1 (3-pound) broiler-fryer
  • 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper seasoning
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • Cooking spray
