  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken gizzards
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped onions

    • 4 cups cooked white rice
    • ½ cup chopped green onions
    • ¼ cup chopped parsley
    • Salt and pepper
