Wild Rice Dressing with Roasted Grapes and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 ½ cups walnuts
  • 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups green seedless grapes
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups red seedless grapes
    • 2 cups wild rice
    • 1 cup long-grain brown rice
    • 4 ½ cups low-salt chicken broth
    • 1 cup celery
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup shallots

Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and celery. Cook until soft, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes.
