Broccoli and Double Cheese Calzones


  • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup ricotta
  • 4 ounces mozzarella, coarsely grated (1 cup)
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound frozen pizza dough, thawed
