Broccoli-And-Two Cheese Calzones

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2/3 cup (2.6 ounces) pre-shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup (2.6 ounces) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
