Buffalo mozzarella and salami pizza


  • 1 small handful rocket, leaves
  • 2 tbsp oregano, leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • 10-12 slices salami
  • 4 tbsp parmesan shavings
  • 2 large balls buffalo mozzarella, torn
  • 15 g salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 550 ml water
    • 25 g fresh yeast
    • 900 g Italian ‘00’ plain flour, plus extra for dusting
