Caramel Apple Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 package(s) sugar cookie dough
- 2 package(s) cream cheese
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 4 apples, peeled and sliced (the skins can be left on if you prefer)
- ¼ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- caramel sauce (squeezable bottle works best)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Press the sugar cookie dough onto a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes; then allow to cool. Mix together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Spread the mixture onto the cooled cookie layer. Top with sliced apples; then sprinkle with the grou...
