  • 16 ounces pizza dough
  • 1 ¼ pounds onions
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ pound Gorgonzola dolce, crumbled
