  • 1 15-ounce can white beans, rinsed (see Note)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano, or 2 teaspoons dried
    • 20 ounces prepared whole-wheat pizza dough, (see Note), thawed if frozen
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 large onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
    • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
