    • Toppings:
    • 2 lbs
    • Onions; Peeled, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
    • ½ stick
    • Butter
    • 2 Tbsp
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 Tbsp
    • Sugar
    • 3
    • Large Pears, cored and sliced in half lengthwise
    • 1 Tbsp
    • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
    • Balsamic Vinegar
    • 1 cup
    • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 2 oz
    • Gorgonzola or Bleu Cheese, crumbled
