Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups chickpea flour*
  • 2 cups water
  • Nonstick vegetable-oil spray
  • 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon (generous) salt
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Sift chickpea flour and salt into large bowl. Gradually add 2/3 cup water, whisking until smooth. Whisk in 1 1/3 cups water and rosemary. Let stand 30 minutes. Preheat broiler.
