Ingredients

• 1 cup warm water (110° to 120°)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3 cups all-purpose flour, divided
• ½ cup (4 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 ripe bananas, sliced
