  • 2 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1-pound bunch Swiss chard
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • All-purpose flour
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon yellow cornmeal
    • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    • 1 10-ounce can whole baby clams
    • 1 tablespoon good-quality extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 pound store-bought pizza dough
