Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for bowl
- 1 ½ teaspoons coarse salt
- ¼ cup cornmeal, plus more for pizza peel or baking sheet
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- 2/3 cups warm water
- Pinch of sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
