  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
  • 2 ½ to 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • ½ teaspoons olive oil
